ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK: The undersigned Participant acknowledges that participation in a car show carries certain inherent risk to the participant and others, including property damage and personal injury. By signing below, Participant expressly acknowledges his/her understanding and assumes these risks.

INDEMNITY AGREEMENT: In consideration of accepting this entry, the undersigned Participant, on Participant’s own behalf and on behalf of Participant’s guests, heirs, executors, administrators, and successors, waives, releases and indemnifies the organizers of Gift of Life Transplant House Car Show (including Gift of Life Transplant House) and its successors, officers, agents, affiliates, employees, volunteers and representatives) and associated activities from all liability, causes of action, claims, judgments, costs, expenses (including attorney fees and court costs) and demands of any kind or nature, either at law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the Gift of Life Transplant House Car Show and associated activities.

THE UNDERSIGNED HAS READ AND VOLUNTARILY SIGNS THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISH AND THE INDEMNITY AGREEMENT AND FURTHER AGREES THAT NO ORAL REPRESENTATIONS, STATEMENTS OR INDUCEMENTS APART FROM THE FOREGOING WRITTEN AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN MADE.
