Guest Rooms

Gift of Life Transplant House campus offers 84 guest rooms. Guest rooms offer 2 beds with a private bathroom. Linens are provided for the beds and towels for the bathroom. All rooms have direct-dial telephone with private voicemail (no long distance) and self-controlled heating and cooling. Each guest room is furnished with a dresser, recliner, reading lamp, desk, alarm clock, laundry basket and ample closet space.

To help keep our operating expenses as low as possible, we ask our House guests to treat our home with respect. This includes keeping the guest rooms clean; necessary supplies are provided. While this is YOUR HOME for whatever duration you require, remember, there will be others to follow. Our goal is to continue to offer a safe, welcoming and clean environment for all.

Edward and Jayne Pompeian Home

705 SECOND STREET

The Edward and Jayne Pompeian Home has 48 rooms. Complete laundry facilities are available on the lower level including washing machines, dryers, an iron and ironing board. There are many common areas for guests to enjoy including the Family Room, a place for visitors under the age of 14 to visit, a library, exercise room and multiple day rooms with TVs. A craft room is in the process of being renovated. The Mayo Clinic Blood Draw Room is also available for the convenience of our guests. It is open from 7:00 am – 9:15 am.

Anne and Henry Zarrow Home

724 SECOND STREET

The Anne and Henry Zarrow Home was completed in 2009 to add 36 rooms.Complete laundry facilities are available on the lower level including washing machines, dryers, an iron and ironing board. There are many common areas for guests to enjoy including a recreation room, library, exercise room and multiple day rooms with TVs.  The Mayo Clinic Blood Draw Room is also available for the convenience of our guests on the second floor. It is open from 7:00 am – 9:15 am.
